Greetings From Christchurch!
Just a quick note to let everyone know that I just got into Christchurch, New Zealand. Flights went well - just a bit of turbulence. New Zealand Customs had a close look at my bags - but nothing found. I'm due to get my Extreme Cold weather (ECW) gear on Saturday - and then deploy to McMurdo Station on Monday.
Meantime - I'll get to see a bit of the area, and hunt down my travel partner who is coming with me on this trip (John Pyeatt).
